PeerWorks Academy

PeerWorks Academy educates non-profit organisations on how to raise money and awareness through peer-to-peer fundraising events and programs.

Non-profits around Europe are beginning to realise the importance and potential of this relatively new way of fundraising. At PeerWorks we specialize in analyzing, developing and optimizing peer-to-peer fundraising programs for our clients…taking them to a whole new level. While we spend most of our time as consultants and coaches, we also find that teaching is one of the best ways to make a big impact on the world.

That’s why we offer a wide range of masterclasses to you, your staff…and even your board and volunteers. We also host a special series of “Peer-to-Peer Roundtables” where we choose a specific topic and invite executive-level staff at non-profits to come and share their own opinions and experiences (good or bad) with their peers in a safe, supportive environment.

What attendees say…

”I very much like your way of presenting fundraising and events. You have a clarity which helps a lot. I’ve put your wise words into practice, and this year we have seen a sharp rise in donations. Thanks!”
Rupert Springfield (Pink Ribbon)
”We have gained a lot of inspiration out of your masterclass. You really struck a chord with me! Thank you.”
Micha van Hoorn (NPO, 3FM Serious Request)
”I walked away from the peer-to-peer roundtable with a lot of ideas to increase & improve our running programs…Dam-tot-Damloop in particular!”
Wouter Fransen (Right to Play)
”Joining the peer-to-peer roundtable is a great way to get tips, other points of view and a little bit of reassurance from fellow fundraisers.”
Ties Obers (JDRF)
”PeerWorks’ Kom in Actie Masterclass was the most creative and inspiring fundraising class I took [in 2015]. They made a convincing case for enriching any fundraising programme with a Kom in Actie campaign. The examples shared during the masterclass were varied and relevant, demonstrating the power of well-designed Kom in Actie programmes. I’ve come to believe that it’s by far the most effective and fun way to connect with new supporters and to reconnect with existing members. ”

There is a right way
to do peer-to-peer fundraising.

Let us teach you.

Peer-to-Peer Roundtables

The Peer-to-Peer Roundtable is a special session we host once a month for fundraising executives. Basically we pick a “hot topic” in advance, and then gather for a cup of coffee in a private meeting space to share the good, the bad and, yes, sometimes ugly experiences we’ve had (or seen). The goal of the session is to inspire each other, share best practices and brainstorm ways you can implement those in your specific environment. You can think of the Peer-to-Peer Roundtable as one part “therapy” and one part “think tank”….a unique opportunity to collaborate with and learn from your fellow fundraising peers.
